How to Backup Your Computer
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Click the Start menu then Control Panel then System and Security. Select Backup and Restore. To schedule a time to backup your computer, click Change settings and select the like you would like all your backup information to go to (ROM drive, external hardrive, thumb drive).
From here, you can select whether you want Windows to decide which files to backup or if you want to do it manually. Click Next then Change schedule and set a time for the backup to take place. It can happen daily, weekly or monthly. Clicking Backup will backup your files right then. If it's your first time backing up, it will take a while, but the second time should be quicker since you'll only need to update the files that have changed.
To restore files from a previous backup, click the Restore my files button. Search for the files you backed up previously, click Next and select where you would like the files to go.
