My Mac & Cheese is very simple to do and so much tastier than anything in a packet!

Ingredients:

2 cups milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pepper
100g butter
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

4 cups macaroni pasta (cooked)
extra cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese to top
bacon, breadcrumbs and sun-dried tomatoes optional
