If you love cupcakes, chocolate, candy and smashing things, then this awesome Cupcake Pinata is for you! Using minimal ingredients, a few pieces of equipment and almost zero skill, this is the perfect, no bake giant cupcake option for everyone!

Make sure you SUBSCRIBE to my channel for all our awesome weekly tutorials☺

PS: The cupcake case I have used has been baked in several times and you can see some discolouration around the edges - this HAS been washed&scrubbed and is from many uses but does not affect the result of the chocolate pinata at all. Just FYI if you are using a pre-used giant cupcake mould and are worried about the same issue :)

Ingredients:
500g-600g (18oz-20z) melted dark, milk or white chocolate
50g (2oz) copha, shortening or Crisco (to thin the chocolate a little)
Assorted sized m&m's (I used mini and peanut)
1 large red round candy (gumball, giant jaffa, ball of fondant)
Enough assorted candy to fill the base of your giant cupcake

Tools&Equipment:
Spatula
Spoon
Scissors
Zip Lock Bag
You will need a GIANT SILICONE CUPCAKE MOULD -- these can be bought online, via ebay and at most cake decorating and homeware shops -- make sure it is SILICONE, not metal as it needs to be flexible
Iced cake board (optional) (I used a 10" wooden board)
Turntable or lazy susan (optional)
