Tools & Equipment:
Balloon stick (plastic stick with little plastic cup)
Ribbon (optional)
Cornflour
Spoon
Sharp knife
Pizza cutter (optional)
Fondant rolling pin
Toothpick
Balloons (you decide what colour!)
9" round Cake board (I iced mine - link to our how to ice a cake board tutorial is below)
Cake turntable (not a must but they make life easier)
Paintbrush
Ingredients:
Giant cupcake - base only (link to giant cupcake basics series below)
Giant chocolate cupcake case (I used 80% white chocolate and with either 20% milk or 10% dark to achieve this latte colour, but you can do yours any colour you like)
Fondant or modeling chocolate (I used latte, green and yellow)
Melted white chocolateTap water
