Meet Elise Joan. The trainer and yogi who's led some of our most popular fitness challenges has a new starring role on Z Living's "Yoga Girls."

"Yoga Girls" puts the Om in OMG, as the new ensemble docu-soap follows an elite group of yoga instructors, including Elise, on the “Westside” – LA’s hottest new yoga scene – as they compete to build their client rosters, and leverage their increasing fame and popularity.

"Yoga Girls" premieres Sunday, September 24 at 8pm ET on Z Living.
