Mexico is planning to build its own Hyperloop. The transportation system will be called Mexloop. Mexican studio FR-EE won a contest to design the Hyperloop system. They will work with Hyperloop One on the project.
You will be able to travel between Mexico City, and Querétaro, León, and Guadalajara.
The Mexloop would dramatically shorten travel time. It could travel over 600 mph. Driving from Mexico City to Guadalajara can take over 6 hours. The Mexloop could make the same trip in just 27 minutes.
The Mexico City hub could be attached to the International Airport.
FR-EE hopes 68 million would use the system by 2020.
