Thanksgiving is coming up next month, so I've decided to do a FULL THANKSGIVING MENU starting from appetizers all the way to cocktails. These mini pies are the cutest individual desserts to make your thanksgiving dinner a hit!

PUMPKIN PIE RECIPE:
Yields: 6 mini pies
*Double recipe for full pie
1/2 package, 4 oz. (113g) of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbsp of sour cream
2 tbsp of heavy cream
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 egg
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice

Classic Whipped Cream:
1/2 cup of heavy cream
2 Tbsp of sugar

PECAN PIE RECIPE:
Yields: 6 mini pies
*Double recipe for full pie
1/3 cup of brown sugar
2 Tbsp of butter
1/4 cup of light corn syrup
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of orange extract or 1 tbsp of orange juice and 1 tsp of orange zest
1 tbsp of bourbon (optional)
1 egg
3/4 cup of pecan halves

EGGNOG PIE RECIPE:
Yields: 4 mini pies
*triple recipe for full pie
1/2 package, 4 oz. (113g) of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbsp of sour cream
2 tbsp of heavy cream
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp of rum (optional)
1/4 tsp of nutmeg

Rum Whipped Cream:
1 tbsp of rum
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 cup of heavy cream

Eggnog Whipped Cream:
1/4 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of eggnog

DIRECTIONS:
Bake each for 40 minutes at 350F
