Sharing my at-home self soothing routine today. This is something I've been reaching for when I want to pause, tune into my feelings and find release. Feel free to join me in the movement, the giggles, and the cute Tayto cameos! ❤️

I used blocks in this video but feel free to substitute any of these!
- A stack of books
- A box or 2
- Cans from the pantry
- Rolled up towels
- Rolls of paper towels

And tennis balls can be used in place of the massage balls
