Potato Salad
6 medium russet potatoes
4 stalks celery
1 small sweet onion (1/2 if large)
4 hard boiled eggs
10 small sweet gherkins
5 bubbies dill pickles
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1-2 T mustard
1 T apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper



Honey mustard sauce
One stick of butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup mustard.
Juice of one lemon
Salt and Pepper

*In place of dill pickles and sweet pickles you can do 1/2 cup sweet relish and a 1/2 cup dill relish.
