SAVE THIS for the best places to spot turtles in Oahu ????

- We always stop by Laniakea to see if any turtles are resting on the beach. Since we visited in Nov it was a bit late for nesting season, but we did see a few in the waves from shore.

- Nānākuli Beach Park is not as touristy and such a fun beach to take the family. This is where @ben.ja.mins and I shot the clip above and had our most ethereal moments swimming with sea turtles in the open ocean. Not too much coral and the water was very clear so they were really easy to spot, plus a lot of space to savor the moments ????

- Paradise Cove is a very calm, smaller cove with shallow water that is beautiful and great for families with young kids or beginner snorkelers. We saw multiple curious turtles swimming in the shallows around people’s legs and even a monk seal resting on the rocks. There is extremely limited parking and no public restrooms though, so I recommend arriving at 7am to catch a spot. It’s SO worth it!
