13 year old Naomi Wadler joined our panels on the power of Youth Activism at this years Davos. In spite of her young age, Wadler is a powerful voice against gun violence in her native USA. Here she talks about how the media, in it’s efforts to tell a stories of gun violence, often overlook the experiences and activism of people of colour who find themselves unsung and unsupported as a result. She underlines that in order to help address this, we need to have a much more diverse understanding of what success looks like and who fits our perception of it.
