ORAL BOOK REPORTS
Course dates: November 12 – December 7, 2018
3 live group classes via Zoom: Wednesdays from 9 to 10 a.m. (Boston, USA)

4 short quizzes on related vocabulary and grammar

Course fee: $75 USD
Class size: 6 max.

Course description:
In this 4-week course, students will share book recommendations with one another. All books will be in English. Fiction is preferred. Students will receive teacher support as they prepare an oral book report to be presented two ways: in a live class and in an audio or video recording. These will not be formal book reports. Students will be encouraged to deliver their report in a conversational tone. Individual teacher feedback will be given to each student.

Level: high intermediate to advanced

Language and reading requirement: Your report will be based on a book already read. The book must be in English.

Technical requirements: You must have a good internet connection and access to a webcam and microphone. Students on mobile devices must download Zoom before the first class.
