Overtrading Can Kill Your Trading Account

If you're overtrading, you might be hurting your account. More trades don’t always mean better results. In fact, sometimes the more trades you make, the more you’re just chasing losses, trying to make up for previous trades.

This is where patience and discipline come into play. I know it’s difficult, but it’s essential. If you notice you’re starting to chase trades, continually trying to trade more to recover losses, it’s a red flag.

Take a step back, reevaluate where you are, and maybe reposition yourself to get back into the flow. Be cautious with overtrading because it can definitely damage your account.
