This one pan paprika chicken dinner is so easy and you can have ready in less than 30 minutes. Recipe below. Enjoy.

PAPRIKA CHICKEN RECIPE | ONE PAN SMOKED PAPRIKA CHICKEN DINNER |
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 medium cubed potatoes
1 medium diced onion
2 medium sliced carrots
2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. smoked paprika
sprigs of thyme
salt and black pepper
oil
In a pan on medium high heat add enough oil to coat bottom and add seasoned
chicken.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until a golden crust forms and then flip and cook
another 2-3 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set to the side.
In the same pan on medium heat add a couple tbsp. of butter and diced onions.
Cook and stir for a couple minutes and then add salt, black pepper and minced
garlic. Cook and stir for about 15 seconds.
Add paprika and stir for 15 seconds.
Add flour, cook and stir until absorbed.
Gradually add chicken broth. Turn heat up to bring to simmer.
Add carrots and potatoes. Stir to combine.
Add sprigs of thyme and chicken back into pan. Make sure everything is covered with sauce.
Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
Occassionally turn chicken and stir.
Enjoy.
