Ingredients
4 Cloves-- Garlic
1 Medium size-- Onion
3 pieces--------Egg
1 kg --- Mikki Noodles
1 cube-- Pork stock
1 twig --Green onion
2 Tbsp-- Cornstarch
20 ml-- Fish sauce
1/2 Tbsp--Salt
500 Gm-- Pork
30 ml-- Soy sauce
30 ml-- Lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp-- ground black pepper
1 1/2 Liter Water
Cooking oil
METHOD
Marinate the pork with soy sauce lemon juice and ground black pepper. Cover and leave it the fridge for an hour.
Fry the pork once it is tender and crispy set it aside and cut or chop into a small cube' this will be the topping. Now start sauteing the garlic and onion to the same oil that we use for frying the pork. Add 1 1/2 liter of water and the pork stocks. bring it to a boil and then add the mikki noodles.add some fish sauce ground black pepper and soy sauce.
Now add the cornstarch which is diluted to water and stir continuously. Add the beaten eggs and stir it very gently. simmer for 7 minutes and transfer to a bowl garnish with green onion and top with fried pork.
