1/4 CHICKEN
400 GRAMS of COOKED NOODLES
200 GRAMS WHITE CABBAGE
1 SMALL ONION
80 GRAMS CARROTS
80 GRAMS CELERY
80 GRAMS GREEN ONION
80 GRAMS FRIED GARLIC
80 GRAMS BELL PEPPERS
3 TBSP FISH SAUCE
3 CLOVES GARLIC
1 CUBE CHICKEN STOCK
START BY ADDING THE CHICKEN AND THE STOCK CUBE TO BOIL WATER AND COOK FOR 7 MINS. ONCE COOL SHRED THE CHICKEN AND KEEP THE STOCK WATER. THEN SET ASIDE.
IN A LARGE PAN ADD A LITTLE OIL, GARLIC, ONION, CARROTS, GREEN BEANS, THE COOKED CHICKEN AND COOK FOR 5 MINS.
NOW ADD THE BELL BELL PEPPERS, CELERY, CABBAGE, GREEN ONIONS, FISH SAUCE, CHICKEN STOCK, PEPPER, SALT AND COOK FOR 6 MINS.
FINALLY, WE NOW ADD THE COOKED NOODLES AND COOK FOR 4 MINS.
TOP WITH FRIED GARLIC.
