In this video we share how to make my grandmothers homemade chicken noodle soup. The noodles are made from scratch with fresh egg noodle dough and the broth is made with love, chicken and lots veggies!

Broth
4 - 5 lb Chicken
1/2 bunch Dill
1/2 bunch Parsley
1 - 2 Bell Peppers
1 Carrots
1 Yellow Onion
2 Ribs Celery + Celery Root
1 Whole Garlic
1/2 Parsnip
1 Turnip
1 tsp Black Peppercorns
1 - 2 Bay Leaf
1 tbsp Salt
Egg Noodles
3 Eggs
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
Pinch of Salt
Before serving add salt and pepper to taste. Press 2 - 3 fresh cloves of garlic. Garnish with scallions and a tablespoon of red wine vinegar.
