The event featured two respondents: Ousmane Oumar Kane, Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Professor of Contemporary Islamic Religion and Society at HDS, and Naz K. Modirzadeh, Senior Fellow, HLS-Brookings Project on Law and Security Counterterrorism and Humanitarian Engagement project at Harvard Law School.
