Protein Oat Four Waffles
Gluten free, Dairy Free and refined sugar free!

????Recipe :
- 1 tbsp whole ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water ( let it sit 6 to 10 min to for a jelly texture)
- 1 cup GF oat flour
- 1 scoop organic vanilla plant protein
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
- 11/4 cup oat milk ( you might need to use extra 2-3 tbsp if the batter gets thick while cooking the waffles)
Mix all ingredients in a blender and make 4 to 5 big waffles.
