Here’s how to make a perfect pizza – skip the tomato sauce and use Perfect Italiano pizza cheese and ricotta to create a cheesy base (RECIPE BELOW). With it’s pumpkin and thyme topping, this pizza is one mouth-watering way to make pizza night perfect.

Pumpkin & ricotta pizza
Serves 4 Prep 10 mins Cooking 15 mins
2 pizza bases
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1½ cups (165g) Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
400g butternut pumpkin, peeled, seeded, thinly sliced
½ cup (120g) Perfect Italiano Ricotta
2 tsp thyme leaves
Honey, to serve
Baby rocket leaves, to serve
Thyme sprigs, to serve
1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Spray 2 baking trays with olive oil spray. Place pizza bases on trays. Combine oil and garlic in a small bowl. Brush over the bases. Sprinkle with half the pizza cheese. Top with onion, pumpkin and remaining pizza cheese. Spoon over the ricotta and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
2 Bake for 15 mins or until cheese melts and pumpkin is tender. Drizzle with honey. Top with rocket and thyme sprigs. Season.
