Rach gives a raw and honest answer when a viewer asks how she exudes so much confidence and beauty with so much on her plate.

"I don't wake up in anything but a funk," Rach says. "I don't exude anything in the morning but anger that I have to get out of bed. I get out of bed very early, and I try and find the coffee machine. I slug down coffee, and if and when I'm smart enough to exercise that day, I play loud, pounding drum-driven rock and roll. And it makes me wildly happy. It literally wakes me up."

"I think I may seem happier when I'm cooking because it truly makes me happy to cook," Rach goes on. And she has a super old kitchen towel to prove it!
