Ingredients: makes 2

500g Ground beef / beef mince
2 cups Ramen noodles (cooked)
1 egg (to mix with noodles)
1 tsp chinese 5 spice
1 tbls soy sauce
salt & pepper to season
2 eggs
1/4 cup rocket / arugula
1 tbls coriander / cilantro
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbls spring onion / scallions
1/4 cup tomato chutney
2 slices cheddar cheese
