rice paper tteokbokki ingredients ~

Large bowl of cool water
15 rice paper sheets
3 mozzarella sticks
½ cup dashi (sub chicken or veg broth)
1 tsp gochujang
1 tsp Korean soy sauce
½ tsp gochugaru
1 Tbsp oligo syrup or sweetener of choice
½ tsp sesame seeds
Drizzle of sesame oil
3 scallions, chopped
