Whether young primary school girls in Kenya or women in elite graduate school programs- women, all across the development curve, are not supported in realizing their ambitions. Stanford business school student, Sadhna Gupta, describes her personal journey in understanding how communities are failing to support the ambitions of girls and women around the world. She suggests that the biggest difference we can make is by helping women carry the water, so they have the opportunity to realize their dreams.
