Everybody loves milkshakes! They're the ultimate warm-weather dessert, and the possibilities for toppings are nearly endless — this salted caramel peanut butter pretzel milkshake is proof. Plus, there's an added bonus for anyone who might be lactose intolerant: you can make these using Lactaid ice cream. It has all the great flavors of ice cream without the side effects. I'm all about going big or going home, but if you want to share these with your friends, it's easy to divide them into small shakes or just throw a few straws in the glass and sip away.
