On April 24, 2007, Lenn E. Goodman, Professor of Philosophy and Andrew W. Mellon Professor in the Humanities, Vanderbilt University presented this talk on Judaism and science. This event was sponsored by the Robert and Florence Dreben Lecture and Publication Fund; the Center for Jewish Studies, Harvard University; Harvard Divinity School (with a special grant from Richard Watson); the Center for the Study of World Religions, Harvard Divinity School; and the Boston Theological Institute. This was the fourth and final event in the "When Worlds Collide: The Study of Religion in an Age of Science" lecture series.
