This is the wibbly, wobbly wonder! The Japanese Cheesecake! This is my attempt to recreate Uncle Tetsu's famous dessert & to include a new special ingredient!

50g / 2oz unsalted butter 
250g / 8.8oz cream cheese
100ml / 3.4 fl oz milk 
6 large eggs
¼ tsp cream of tartar 
150g / 5.3oz caster sugar
100g / 3.5oz plain flour, sifted 
2 tbsp cornflour 
1.5 tbsp yuzu juice
