Shish Taouk - Chicken Kebab - Youtube - Shish Tawook

These kebabs are juicy light and super tasty. BBQ or on the grill either way they are fantastic. You can play around with any of the amounts of herbs and spice and get them to your liking.


3 chicken breast
1 cup yogurt
1tbsp tomato paste
1tsp oregano
1 tsp chili or paprika
2 tsp coriander
1tbsp garlic
salt pepper
a splash of lemon and olive oil
