My name is Megan and our today's topic is Skincare: Do's and Don'ts for Healthy Skin
So let's start with the dos first
1. Moisturize your skin daily. Use a nighttime moisturizer before bed because Skin cell regeneration works faster overnight which keeps your skin healthy.
2. Remove old dead skin cells by exfoliating your skin weekly. Make use of exfoliation scrub once or twice a week to keep your skin glowing.
3. Wear your SPF daily. The use of SPF protects your skin from sun damage & fight against the damaging effects of UVA and UVB rays on your skin.
4. If you are one of them who can't eat a plain & dry salad try an alternative like juicing. Natural juices help increase blood flow and give you the healthiest complexion!
Now we come to the Skin care don'ts
1. Keep your skin care routine as simple as possible. Constantly changing your skin care routine will irritate your skin. So find one routine that works best for you & stick to that as long as possible.
2. Don't over exfoliate your skin. Doing it twice a week is good but over doing can give you reverse effects.
And finally keep your hands off your face at all costs and do not pick or pop any blemishes!
