Tools & Equipment:
Free printable cupcake wrappers (link below)
Scalpel or very sharp, fine knife
Disposable piping bag
Open round piping tip (I used a loyal #20 pastry tip)
Elements template (link below)
Water
Sticky tape
Scissors
2 x paintbrushes (one for wet work, one for dry)
Fondant rolling pin
Knife
2 x circle cutters

Ingredients:
Cupcakes
Frosting (recipe link below) tinted grey)
Fondant (recipe link below) in light blue, dark blue, red, light orange, dark orange, purple, grey and white
