Fantastic easy to make Spinach Potato curry or Saag Aloo. For this, you will need the following.
1 onion
2 potatoes
1tbs garlic ginger paste
1tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1tsp coriander
1tsp chili
fresh chili
2tsp cumin seeds
300 grams fresh spinach
1 tomato
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
fresh mint or cilantro
salt
oil
