Ingredients:
10- Boneless Chicken Thigh ( 4 to 5 People)
1/2-Tsp Black Pepper
1-Tbsp Chicken Powder
1-Tbsp Soy sauce
Mix all Ingredients above and mix well
Marinate the chicken overnight or 1 hour
For Stuffing:
1 1/2-Cup Cherry Tomatoes
1-Can Diced Tomato
1/4-Cup Broth
16-Oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
8-Oz Prosciutto
1-Bunch of Basil
Parsley for garnish optional
Step 1:
Remove excess fat from the chicken thighs, Wash them, dry out with
Paper towel, and marinate it for overnight or 1 hour.
Step 2:
Flatten the chicken out on your cutting board, and put on the Mozzarella, Basil
and 2 Slices of Prosciutto fold it. Roll it up tight and place them to the Plater.
On your baking pan, put half of the diced tomato on the bottom,
Place all the chicken, then put all the cherry tomatoes on top,
Pour the remaining diced can tomatoes on top.
Bake it 400 Degrees for 30 minutes.
The chicken is ready to serve, with side of white rice or vegetables
