Tax in Motion | Davos 2024 | World Economic Forum

As global and national debt grow, adequate tax systems are essential to support public goods and ensure that governments can run effectively. However, there are massive divergences between tax regimes, profit shifting across jurisdictions and new economic and technological models that make existing methods of calculation irrelevant.

How can current efforts to reform the tax code be put into action and what innovations will ensure that it is fit for the future?
