We shot this video at a park in Cape Cod on Thanksgiving morning. This video features a playground park workout for mom but obviously is meant to be sort of a joke. I don't workout at the park but I do do all of these exercises seen in the playground workout video and on days I don't go to the gym, I still feel like I got in a workout.
