2️⃣Single-Arm Rear Raise:[3x8 per side]
3️⃣Barbell Front Raise:[3x8]
4️⃣Single-Arm Lateral Raise:[3x8 per side]
5️⃣Bus Driver (1 - 1 Count):[3x12]
6️⃣Weighted Floor Crunch:[5x10 - 12]
⏱Rest 60 - 90 sec. between exercises!
????Do your best to go as heavy as you con on every exercise and definitely use a bit of momentum with a CONTROLLED negative toward the end of every set. This is the reason why I chose to add a few “single-arm” exercises. For movements like “Rear & Lateral Raises” you can only go so heavy swinging both arms at the same time.
