This creamy and flavorful chicken soup is insane! The broth from left over roasted chicken bones and heavy cream/cooking cream makes a hearty and homey chicken noodle soup. This is the third for the Left-over Roasted Chicken recipes.

Ingredients:
4tbsp butter
2 tsp garlic finely chopped
1 med onion finely chopped
1 cup shredded left-over rotisserie chicken
1 medium carrot, cut into batons
150g mushrooms
6 cups chicken stock
150g macaroni pasta
1 small can evaporated milk
240ml cooking cream
*you can substitute evap milk and cooking cream for HEAVY CREAM for a creamier soup
*adjust taste with salt and a little pepper. Put boullion cube if broth from chicken bones aren't available
