An organization has to use data and information in ways that help reinforce that trust and help serve customers, and also has to be very careful about creating disruption. "Disruption doesn't have anything to do with how large you are or how long you've been in existence. Disruption is really a state of mind." During his visit to The Industrialist's Dilemma class on March 15, 2018, Bettinger discussed with Lecturer Robert Siegel how Schwab has continued to grow while providing high quality products and low prices to customers with no compromises.
