On October 16, 2018, economist Paul Niehaus and Former Dean of Stanford Law School Paul Brest spoke at the Stanford Center on Global Poverty and Development about the role of cash transfers in philanthropy. The talk was moderated by Stanford economics professor Pascaline Dupas and was part of the Center's Speaker Series.
