RECIPE
2 oz iced espresso or cold brew
4 oz white chocolate and raspberry infused half and half
Garnish: Crushed dehydrated raspberries

Instructions
First, prepare the white chocolate and raspberry infused half and half. In a small saucepan, warm 8 oz of half and half or milk on a low heat. Add 1 oz white chocolate and 1/4 cup fresh crushed raspberries. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the raspberries are well combined. Strain and allow the mixture to cool. This will make enough for to share with your sweetheart!

Next, prepare the drink. In a rocks glass filled with ice, pour the iced espresso or cold brew. Next, add the infused half and half.
For the garnish, place a heart-shaped stencil over the top of the glass.
Dust crushed dehydrated raspberries over the heart shape.
