Have you ever gotten frustrated when using OPK tests?
Sure they can be hard to read, but even more importantly is they don't confirm IF you are ovulating... just if you were going to ovulate it would be in the next 24-48 hours.
Confirming if you are actually ovulating is super important and this is where OPK tests can feel misleading.
I prefer fertility charting by tracking your basil body temperature as it can not only confirm when you are ovulating but also IF you are actually ovulating each cycle.
It also can show you so many other details about your fertility cycle that can really help you if you have been ttc for a while and don't know why are you aren't pregnant yet.
