For me, as the weight stack starts to weigh more than I do, I am constantly fighting my shoulders during the movement.
What happens is that in order to compensate for the weight stack being so heavy, you will have the tendency to roll your shoulders forward to put more downward force into the movement.
This trick will help you avoid all that, but make sure you practice the movement first with LIGHT weight.
