4 tbsp chocolate powder
4-5 tbsp water

1 lemon juiced and zested
2-3 tbsp water

1 whole egg

3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest

2 apples (gala, fuji, honey crisp)
