Here are a few cool ways to jazz up your favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. The easiest way is to make your favorite recipe as you usually do, and pinch off a piece of dough, and then roll it in some kind of sweet glazed peanuts. I like to use the toffee coated ones or the honey glazed ones. If you really want to take it to the next level, when you're making your dough, stir in a little Thai curry paste or hot sauce, about one half teaspoon, and then roll it in the sweet toffee peanuts. The interplay of the hot sauce with the sweet crunchy peanuts makes for a brand new and very exciting peanut butter cookie.
