We gave our Kirkland retail store team a first look at the brand new Diletta Alto dual boiler espresso machine. Sean and Alex both really loved the small detailed upgrades from the Diletta Bello+ and the Diletta Alto. One of their favorite features was the new pro paddles instead of the steam knobs. It can be tricky to know how many turns it takes to fully open the steam so the pro paddles make it super easy to tap to steam or to tap to add hot water. You can tap the paddles in any direction to activate making it very barista friendly.
