United Nations - “The stakes are so high” for future generations, hence the need to commit to the success of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDGs). That is according to Peter Thomson, President of the 71st session of the UN General Assembly. In a recent interview, Mr. Thomson spoke about why he invited his two grand-daughters onto the stage at the commencement of this GA session, hoping to make a strong case for the 2030 Agenda.
