INGREDIENTS:
Free Range Chicken: 250 grams.
(You may consider either breast or thigh)
Potato (medium size): 2 nos.
Chayote Squash: 1 no.
Jalapeno/Capsicum: 1-2 nos.
Tomato: 1-2 nos.
Cilantro: As needed.
Grinded Ginger Garlic & Green Chillies: 1/2 tablespoon.
Black Pepper Powder: To Taste.
Salt: To Taste.
If you want you can add your favourite vegetables accordingly to prepare Boiled Chicken with vegetables.

Cooking Time: 25-35 minutes.
Serve single as soup or with rice.
