Ingredients:

11/2 pound of catfish
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon chicken powder bouillon
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce
1/4 tablespoon of black pepper powder
1 tablespoon of spicy chili crisp
8 Thai chilis
1 cup of spring onion
2 garlic cloves
2 shallots
1/2 cup of hot water
