Wanted es una empresa de Recursos Humanos especialista en selección de mandos intermedios y directivos.
Su posicionamiento es algo diferente; en su sector se utiliza un lenguaje propio de los negocios y quizá algo frío y altisonante.
Wanted piensa que realmente los recursos humanos deben ser recursos, pero sobre todo deben ser humanos.

Basado en ese posicionamiento planteamos a Wanted hacer 10 tips, diez consejitos para ser más feliz en el trabajo: unos para reducir la ansiedad, otros para evitar los malos rollos, para sentirse mejor.

Redactamos los diez tips y los enviamos en forma de galleta, para endulzar el trabajo y la vida.

Y después hicimos este video que aquí os dejamos.

Wanted is a human resources company specialized in selection of officers and senior jobs.
This company is a little bit different than others. In this sector it is utilized a language of business and sometimes cold and bombastic.
Wanted thinks that human resources must be resources, but humans too.
Based in these ideas, we purpose to Wanted to do ten tips to be more happy at work: some of them to reduce anxiety and others to avoid bad feelings, for to be better.
We wrote ten tips and we did them as if they are cookies, to do more sweet the job and the life.

1. Negative energy? No thanks! / We don´t want bad feelings!
2. Celebrate your successes!/ You deserve them!
3. Have always fruit close to you
4. Make a better world with your work/ and make others be happy!
5. Ask to Loli about her son/ it will be a great present.
6. Forget the ties!/Nothing must drowning you!
7. Redecorate your desk/ before-after
8. Stay away from gossips/ Oh my god! unbelievable!
9. Doodle while you are on the phone
10.Inspire, expire, talk…/The sun always comes out
