And that really depends upon your household, the space that you may have, the size of your backyard and living quarters. So it really depends on you, the family, and what your needs are. If you have younger children, for example, you may want to go with some of the smaller breeds of rabbits. Almost all the rabbits have very sweet personalities, especially if they are handled from birth on. Some of the rabbits that we really enjoy are the Netherland Dwarfs and the Jersey Woolies. We love the English Lop, which has the longest ears. They have long, droopy ears. Our English Lop has ears that are twenty two inches from end to end and they have a very sweet disposition. So it really does depends upon your household what type of breed you may choose.
