Ever felt lonely even when surrounded by people? For neurodivergent individuals—those with autism, ADHD, OCD, and other neurodiverse conditions—loneliness often goes beyond just being alone. It can stem from masking, difficulties with social norms, and feeling misunderstood by those around them.

In this video, we explore neurodivergent loneliness, why it happens, and how it impacts mental health. We’ll also share ways to navigate social isolation while staying true to yourself.
